Making changes to your home insurance online

You can update many parts of your Policy Expert home insurance online through your customer account, including your personal details, household information, property details, safety and security information, and your level of cover. Keeping your policy up to date helps make sure your insurance reflects your current circumstances and can help avoid problems if you need to make a claim.

Keep your home insurance up to date

Life doesn’t stand still, and neither should your home insurance. Whether you’ve got married, changed jobs, carried out home improvements or bought something valuable, it’s important to keep your policy up to date.

The information you give us helps make sure your home insurance reflects your current circumstances. If your details are out of date, it could affect your cover or make things more difficult if you ever need to make a claim. The good news is that you can update many of your policy details quickly and easily through your online customer account.
